ROO chronograph subdial problem
I have a nearly brand new 26420TI.OO.A027CA.01. The left subdial after reset doesn’t stay vertical. It drifts a couple of minutes even when the chrono isn’t running. Is there a way to reset this or I have to send it in to service? Thanks

Did you buy it from a boutique or on the internet?

I had the same problem on my 44mm ROO. No way to reset it, you have to send it to service. My problem was solved on warranty.

Thanks. I’ll start the process to send in. Thank goodness for 5 year warranty.

Have my ROO 43mm for a year already and its had this same issue since the very beginning. I've just gotten used to resetting the counter but a shake of the wrist and it immediately drifts by a few minutes. No issues while the chronograph is actually running though. Unless you don't mind not having the watch for a while, I wouldn't worry about it too much and just enjoy the watch as you still have 5 years of warranty left. I plan to sent it in to be fixed at the end of the 5 year warranty to take advantage of the free service, and not have to pay for a service til year 10 or so.
Side note, I've had my Code chrono for 3 weeks roughly now and while at first it was perfect, I've noticed recently the same issue as the left sundial is starting to drift by a minute or so. No big deal, but it must be a common problem with the new in house chrono calibers. |

I was wondering if it was growing pains from being a new movement. That's actually a really good idea to wait closer to the 5 year mark. Thanks for the advice.

Never noticed it till just now. I do run the chronographs 95% of the time but often stop and reset at night and resume chrono operation in the am.

Mine has similiar problem with the right subdial. Sent back for servicing a few times and still did not solve the issue. Currently it is still at the service center. The first time i sent it back for servicing, the diagnostics was that there was too much lubricant.

Very sad to hear all those issues on the new chrono in-house movement …

Thanks for the info. My guess was that there was something slipping or a tolerance issue. This must be a known issue by now since the movement is used in so many models. Hopefully they have a solution by the time I send mine in.

Another reason to give it time. No rush now... 5y warranty... and they're rolling the movement out in the RO, ROO, and Code line. Problem should have a solution in due time.

if u opt for the 3126 enhancement, AP will reduce 59jewel to 54jewel, the watch gets lighter, the min hand will jump everything u adjust the time...

I have a Code chrono (dated feb 22) + 26420TI (dated jun 22), no reported issues with this movement so far. I operate the chronos regularly when wearing, as well.
