I recently attending a Longines event in NY that was hosted by Daniel Hug; Head of Branding and Heritage. And they had an UntraChron on display. I instantly fell in love with it. Danial let me try his on and we had same wrist size. It literally was love at first site once on my wirst.
They also had one of the original ones in a display case, part of their museum pieces. It's originally from 1968, which is my birth year and made the decision even easier for me. For me, coming from Rolex, Panerai and Omega, it was time to jump into Longines. Daniel gave a wonderful presentation on their history, brand and movements which was very informative having not known their brand well. To that end, I am very happy with it beauty, retro appeal and wrist presence. Apparently Danial played a role in its design and bringing it to fruition. So that's the short version to a wonderful evening with Longines and hopefully I'll continue to enjoy the UltraChron. Btw. I am a sucker from leather straps, so I see myself trying one on soon.....pics to follow. Cheers. |

Reminds me of a Marine Master. I think this is a watch that’s clearly geared toward enthusiasts. It’s priced right and is a nice retro diver
