The new boxes were introduced on the 1sty of Jan 2005, took a little while for the transition as most AD's still had the old box in stock :-)

I know of people still getting the old box set a couple years after the into to the new set. so its always a hard call around the 2005-06 years.

thanks I did not know that because all the watches that I bought from 2004 F series have the new boxes.

What about the paperwork??

The credit card style warranty card started around late 2006- early 07 with the mid series Z serial as far as I know, there were a few new booklets introduced around that time too. I don't have a definite release date on the warranty card though. seems to be another magic transitional thing, unless someone knows for sure of the official changeover period :-)
