How the hell did that happen!

I wanted to build my wrists up a little, feeling they were too weedy at 6.75" for a 44mm Panerai (i also wanted to do weights as it's been a couple of years and i'm getting soft ), so i started back on the weights a few months back, unfortunately it's summer time and i tend to lose weight during the summer, but i didn't expect my damn wrists to now be 6.25", how the hell did i lose half an inch off my wrists whilst trying to build up a bit of bulk, even worse it's only the wrists that have gone down, the rest of the arms have gone up and the wrist looks even skinner now

Decreased body fat since exercising ?? ..... no muscles in the wrist, only skin, subcutaneous fat, tendons and bone.

Keep up with the weights .....soon may have arms like Sly Stallone !!

I used to do weights quite intensively, then dropped it for a couple of years, the arms aren't bad, it's just the damn wrists are tiny, my arms look like bowling pins

Forearm curls and reverse forearm curls ?? ...although, stil wont increase the wrist diameter only develop the lower arm musculature.

That's one of the problems, they've been devouring my wrists

I'm away back to bacon sarnies and kebabs

Hell it's just the usual thing for me, i wanted to gain or lose a little bit on the wrist as i was between holes on most of the OEM straps, now of course i've lost exactly the same amount as the distance between holes, so i'm back to square one

Try right hand. Usually right hand more bigger than left hand.

ahhh Ryan.. this is so funny... you just need to aim at the right hole.. or the wrong hole.. as long as its a hole.. right
ending up between hole is not a lot of fun.. is it... in whichever context..

Ryan, Chris is spot on. Like you I pump iron at my local gym I get the same experience you have got. The only 2 ways to do it is, eat KFC and Pizzas for a year and you'll be sorted. The other one is selecting your parents better!

Funny is that I was digging in my drawer where my old watches was stored, and tried on one watch and I was surprised to see if I used the original hole I used to be it was huge gap! I didn't realize how fattie I was when I was younger. Actually I think we all are pretty average sized but those "big" wrists are actually helped by fat. I could be wrong as I am no biologist!

The menu should look like thus:

A dozen of Krispy Kremes for breakfast,
two sets of Double Whopper, Chips, Double Chocolate Milkshake for Lunch,
A barrel of KFC chicken and a Pizza with all trimmings, 1 gallon sized tub of coca cola, and to round off, a whole cheesecake as pudding!

So, post before and after pics!

Oh, thank you, you gonna bring the useless 233 to me?

Btw, if you are gonna supersize yourself, stop by Las Vegas buffets, 20 lbs weight gain for sure.

Yeah, that's what i was thinking, avoid california as they're a bit lightweight, but vegas and places like that with the eat all you want buffets is the winning bet
