Congrats on your first AP! I've seen both you and Vince tracking the market for a while and some people were getting quite huffy and claiming that neither of you would ever buy an AP; glad to see both of you proving them all wrong :)

Thank you!

Yes, I did not take it personally. I think the only time it got under my skin was when people would insinuate that Vince and I (and others) weren't genuine in our love for AP and that we were only following the hype. Trust me, if I could have afforded to buy an AP 5-10 years ago I would have!

Haha I'm a South Hills boy but I went to college at Univ of Pitt which right next to Shady Side and had some very fun nights there lol.
