FS- Breitling 806 Navitimer Twin Jets

For sale is a pre-owned excellent vintage condition 40mm stainless steel Breitling Navitimer. This sale for the Navitimer is for the watch alone. None of the original box or papers are included. This Breitling was factory serviced in December of 2022. While at factory service, the watch received a complete service of the movement, mainspring, crown, stem, pushers, bezel spring, crystal, and was refinished. The 806 is an amazing condition vintage timepiece, with what appears to be the original hands and dial. This vintage Navitimer dates to circa 1968. The Navitimer’s glossy three-register black dial features luminescent pencil hands, applied luminescent stick indices, and an applied luminescent Arabic index for the twelve o’clock position. The tritium used on the dial and hands shows evenly under a black light, but has no glow left once the light source is removed. The dial has glue residue at 7, 10, and 12. The service report notes both glue and grease being removed from the dial and slide rule as best as was possible. The polished stainless steel case is in fantastic condition with no notable imperfections. The case is affixed with a polished bidirectional stainless steel serrated bezel with a slide rule and is mounted on an OEM standard-length brown crocodile strap with a stainless steel deployment buckle. The strap and buckle are modern parts, not vintage like the watch. Powering the Navitimer is a Venus caliber 178 with approximately 40-hours of power reserve.

Shall deliver with the remainder of the factory service warranty for $5,950 USD plus any applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and insurance.
