Oyster flex Daytona or oyster flex yachtmaster

If you had the option would you chose oyster flex Daytona or the oyster flex yachtmaster 40/42

I’d go YM for the Glidelock, but the new Daytona OF has it now too.

YM over 11 series Daytona.

12 series Daytona over YM.

In any contest of Daytona vs X Rolex, the Daytona wins for me

YM40. Without a doubt. For the following reasons:

1. Monochromatic all-matte bezel-dial-strap looks fantastic.
2. #1 looks even more awesome contrasting with the RG case.
3. I've never been a huge fan of the attached faux end links on the Daytona OF.
4. Matte strap never looked as good to me with the glossy bezel on the Daytona.

It remains the one and only Rolex I prefer in RG over any other metal.

Every logical part of me says YM, but I own a Daytona on OF.

I just find it to be a more aesthetically pleasing design. I just enjoy looking at it more, but the YM is an incredible looking watch, that’s super versatile and functional. I run the chrono on my Daytona every once and a while just to make sure it actually works. Otherwise it’s almost useless to me.

Im speaking of the 40mm btw, I care less for the sizing and color combos of the 42mm.

There’s lots of variations. Which are you in between?

I have the RG YM - mainly bc I like having a date and timing bezel. Also, I've never really been a big daytona fan

It's always gotta be this or that around here.

Why can't it ever be both?

Have both and YM42 is my daily. The YM has date and WAY better legibility. The Daytona also wears a bit small (I'm 6'4" 240lbs) may not for you.

YM all the way. Don’t like the endlinks of the Daytona and the ceramic bezel
