Congratulations!

I am really hoping this is the next watch I will be able to add to my collection as I absolutely love it.

I genuinely believe the 36mm Explorer I could be the perfect one watch collection piece if you had to sell all your other watches. Sporty enough to wear as a daily, but unobtrusive and subtle enough to wear with a suit.

Hope to share my own incoming thread soon

In a few days I will have had mine for 1 year. Since then I've picked up (mainly) a Tudor P39 and a DJ41. My Explorer was sitting in the box for a few weeks while enjoying those watches. A couple of days ago I put the Explorer on, and I wondered why do I mess around with other watches? The Explorer is that nice.

Congratulations. To me this is really the only current Rolex model worth buying. Beautiful respectfully modernized timeless classic. Fantastic first real timepiece. No need to ever take it off.

I would agree with everything you said. I feel as if there is no need to buy any other watches now that I have the Explorer.. it’s the perfect watch. Hope you get yours soon

I actually think the explorer 1 & 2 are the two best models that Rolex sales today.. true tool watches still but highly underrated and not flashy in the way some of their other models tend to be.
