Celebration dials are out?

https://chrono24.app/rolex/oyster-pe...US&SETCURR=USD

This has to be a one of the biggest markups. Has anyone seen these hit in the USA?

To each their own, but this is probably the last thing I would buy in Rolex's catalog.

Oh, I misread the title as "Celebration dials are out (of style)." You know, because they're ridiculous.

Yikes! I hope to get one but that’s an absurd markup.

You mean the colorful ones that look like lollipops on the dial? Oh wait, I think you’re referencing the out of this hemisphere price!

That’s a nice 915% markup on top of the U.S. MSRP…

The Wonderbread! I'm on the list for one. I have a feeling they are going to be really hard to get.

Would love to meet the person that pays that kind premium for a very basic watch.

I’d shake their hand, look them square in the eye & calmly say,,,,, “Idiot”

The chrono24 listing is a "wishful thinking" seller
The 28K auction ending in Moda surprised me; i definitely expected this to open around 40K.

I'm guessing it'll settle around 20 or so.

IMHO they look more like Micky Mouse type dials, something I would not buy or even own if they were giving them away. But today once the hype starts many will buy because many dont wear the watch they just wear the hype. Celebration dials my ar## IMHO more like abomination dials but stuff like this sells today god knows why.

20k? this price would be lower than the tiffany and yellow dial OP.

That would make the dial slightly more interesting if true

We all knew these would sell at a premium when they came out. I was guessing maybe around $35,000. $65,000 is ridiculous.

They can list at any price they want but doesn’t mean it’s going to sell.

The recent one that went at auction in Moda was $28k but the seller posted comps on Chrono24 for $50k. It didn’t even get near it. Interesting too, because a lot of time those auctions aren’t 100% legit with other related parties bidding up the price.
