It’s easier to upload pics using Tapatalk. If I can do it, anyone can…

My unexpected surprise was I had been visiting with my AD on and off trying different models. I was looking for a Dj 36 but couldn’t decide on model, two tone or steel, etc. (I can be an indecisive person). At some point I realized that if I could get a new model 126234 it would actually be less expensive than a prior gen 116234 (although I loved the crown clasp) so I began speaking with them about new models. My SA said let me check I may have something in the back. She comes back with a 126234 mint green on oyster. At that point I was not prepared for this and like a dear in headlights I did not pounce. I was leaning towards jubilee and although I loved the dial I hesitated over the bracelet. That evening I had some remorse passing on the watch. The next morning I texted to see if it was still available and it was gone. I was really bummed but figure oh well not meant to be.

2 weeks later I stop in to see my SA. I reiterated that I was bummed to have missed out on the watch. Once again she says I think I have something gin the back. Lo and behold she returns with a 126234 mint green dial but this time on jubilee. The exact watch I had wanted! Needless to say I bought it on the spot.

It all worked out in the end and in much less time than I had anticipated.

I would post a picture but I don’t have the requisite posts yet.

Good on you for missing out the first time - NEVER settle on a luxury item at these prices. Get exactly what you want, or nothing at all.
