Remnant factory stickers placement on Rolex sub date
Hello there everyone
I got a brand new submariner date (dated 2023) and it is my first time dealing with a grey market shop. It is just impossible to get a sub from the AD. Given the circumstances, I can't help but to inspect the watch in greater details. I happen to find that one of the links located at the most extreme end (under the glidelock), as well as the underneath the clasp lock - there are some existing stickers on them that got me wondering. Uploaded some pictures. I didn't pay much attention when the grey market dealer was sizing the bracelets for me, and only found out about the stickers later on. I am thinking whether these were the original factories stickers that the AD didn't or forget to remove when they sold it to the original owner? The placement of these stickers seem a bit odd. Anyone have any related experiences? Have you seen factory stickers being placed at these sort of positions? Thanks in advance for any views. |

These are original factory stickers. Take them off and enjoy your watch.
