.
You need better pictures.
Initial thought, it is a redone dial.

Shame because if it was a real Serpico Y Laino, would be quite the find.

Your best bet is to have a watchmaker look it over and see (take pictures) of available reference numbers.

Can you post "better" pictures, front and back?

Redone dial?
You mentioned "if it was a real Serpico Y Laino" , you mean to say my piece is not genuine ?
I will take it to a vintage Rolex specialist for sure.
Thanks.

While the dial pic not the best, definitely shows it was redone / repainted.

Back looks silver so a gold shell type (unless picture makes it look yellow ?!)

Have you removed the band ?

I have not removed the band. But found a marking there. It says something like " brevet" with a cross next to it. And I also found a marking on the buckle(?) . It says "paulo" ? It is very hard to see and even more difficult to take a picture from it. I attached pictures anyway.

You can use a pin (on the spring bars) to remove the band. There may be some numbers under Brevet and/or also on the other side of the case.

Excellent!

Your model number is 6334.
Serial is 983672 dating to approximately 1953ish.

Definitely overpriced.

You can continue your research by looking for a Rolex 6334 model for other examples.
