You need better pictures. Initial thought, it is a redone dial. Shame because if it was a real Serpico Y Laino, would be quite the find. Your best bet is to have a watchmaker look it over and see (take pictures) of available reference numbers. Can you post "better" pictures, front and back? |

Redone dial?
You mentioned "if it was a real Serpico Y Laino" , you mean to say my piece is not genuine ? I will take it to a vintage Rolex specialist for sure. Thanks. Quote:

While the dial pic not the best, definitely shows it was redone / repainted. Back looks silver so a gold shell type (unless picture makes it look yellow ?!) Have you removed the band ? |

I have not removed the band. But found a marking there. It says something like " brevet" with a cross next to it. And I also found a marking on the buckle(?) . It says "paulo" ? It is very hard to see and even more difficult to take a picture from it. I attached pictures anyway.

You can use a pin (on the spring bars) to remove the band. There may be some numbers under Brevet and/or also on the other side of the case. |

Excellent! Your model number is 6334. Serial is 983672 dating to approximately 1953ish. |

You can continue your research by looking for a Rolex 6334 model for other examples.
