My new GADA watch - Tudor Prince DD.

I've had this Tudor in for about a week now, featuring the day-date complication and the modified 2834 movement that's been extensively discussed in older threads.

Long story short, I love this watch! Keeps time +/- a second a day, the instant date & day changeover is fun to watch on those late nights, and the linen (referred to by Tudor as the Mosaic dial)... it's fantastic.

I'm not one to go out of my way for TT cases and bracelets, but the deep yellow/orangish color of the dial combined with the gold really pulls all of it together, especially with how both the mosaic dial and fluted bezel play together in the light. Not to mention, two-tone/TT is extremely versatile with both dressy and casual outfits.

The 36mm oyster case is a great smaller size for my 7 inch wrist, and has a lot of wrist presence. Drilled lugs are a massive plus to me, and it slides right underneath a shirt cuff no issue.

The Prince bracelet is not bad at all, and certainly better than the old folded links of the oyster and jubilee bracelets that Tudor and Rolex used to use. It's extremely comfortable on the wrist - the only moment of pause is the clasp.

Anyways, really glad I could get my hands on a linen DD. These seem to be becoming harder and harder to find as time goes on. Here's some pictures of the beauty:

I don't see this reference every day. I like it. Great post and thanks for the pics.

Nice. I really like these. I was very close to acquiring a two tone and also an all steel model with white good fluted bezel but it just never worked out. Then I picked up this DJ which is scratching that itch for now but I would still love to add a two tone at some point.

Very nice indeed, congratulations. The 76213 with mosaic dial is one of the best looking models in the Date-Day Prince range. Reliable and bullet-proof movement too.
