Everything but shower. I found out my first Rolex, an OP, needed service when the crystal steamed up while I was in the shower. My watch guy explained, but I forget the exact reason why steam gets in vs. water. I think he called it steam incursion.

Sleep: I usually remove my watch for bed, then put it on as soon as I wake up. Occasionally I decide to sleep with it on just for fun.
Shower: no, unless you're talking about a fresh-water shower after being in the ocean. Jog: only if I am running because I am fleeing something. For planned runs, I wear my Garmin. Swim: I swim weekly for training, and for that, I wear my Garmin. For recreational swimming (lake, ocean, etc.), I leave my watch on. Bicycling: never again. Way too much vibration through the stem on my road bike. Instead, I wear my Garmin. And if I find myself riding a city bike or the like (i.e., not on a training ride), I will remove my watch and put it in a pocket or backpack. |

I have my watch on 24/7, so yes to all of the above, regardless of the brand. Speedmaster had exception tho - no water activities.
Why do you have a sports watch you don’t wear? |

My Explorer most of the time except running/working out when the GShock gets called. When the GShock eventually dies I’m thinking about replacing it with a Tudor FXD for working out/running because it’s got a timing bezel.

I wear mine 24/7 and rotate roughly weekly. I open the Easylink or Glidelock a notch when I'm showering.
