Hypothetical: Which 36mm non-Rolex next?

Just for fun... Much as I wish I were, I don't see buying more watches this year, but, if I could... Which better-than-Rolex-but-less-cool-than-Rolex 36mm would you go for and why? It is between:

Chopard Alpine Eagle 36
Zenith Defy Skyline 36
Piaget Polo 36
GP Laureato 38 (Ok, it's not 36, but wears small)

All would be blue dial variants besides the GP, which no longer comes in anything but bronze in the midsize. And no diamonds.

Purposefully leaving out the three highest-end pieces - those going for over $20,000 at MSRP - given the difficulty of finding and affording (VC Overseas 34.5, AP RO 37, PF Honda 36).

Interesting choices that I’ve been considering as well to add. All great.

Personally wish wish the Parmigiani had a date on the 36mm since I need a date function on the next watch. The zenith is interesting in the blue versions, esp with the rubber strap/deployant included. But haven’t tried it on yet and not sure how it wears. The date wheel looks pushed to the right a bit too much but that’s really nitpicking.

Still stalking the 38mm GP Laureato Copper as well. May be in the lead for me out of these choices.

Think more newly released 36-38mm watches are in the future from the brands?

I've always had a soft spot for Girard Perregeaux. That would get my vote. 18k rose gold with white dial or the steel with blue dial.
