DD40 dial change and laguange change

I would like to change a dial to a black with baguettes. What is the process to change a rolex dial.

Also i would need the day wheel in french,

Thoughts?

If your watch is out of warranty (now five years) you can request a new dial at the RSC. Otherwise you will need to find a dial in secondary market.
Baguette dial should be somewhat 3,500$ MSRP
