New Dial Question

Hi,

I'm thinking about buying a rolex that has damage to the dial.

- Approximately how will rolex charge to change it. It is a 1990 datejust with a champagne dial

- Could it devalue the watch?

- Does rolex keep a log book of all the changes?

Thanks
John
