I am trying to make a donation to a museum in Germany, the shipment is in Germany and…. I don’t know much else because US -UPS is not making any sense and when I tried to call the museum, they don’t speak any English and I don’t speak any German. If anyone is able to help please PM me

Would a speech translation APP on your 'phone help?
.....or compose your questions on Google translate? (Verfassen Sie Ihren Satz mit Google Translate auf Deutsch?) |

Have you tried Google Translate? I have found it to be very helpful in translating Italian to English and vice versa when communicating with my second cousins in Italy.
On your browser, go to translate.google.com - and then in the left-hand box choose which language you want to translate from, and in the right-hand box choose which language you want to translate to. First, I typed in English and had Google Translate put it into German. Then I did a copy/paste of the German and had Google Translate change it into English. Slightly different, but, essentially the same. |

Thank you to the people that so very kindly responded, and to Markus (Bondtous) for calling the museum. I have a contact and emailed them, hope the Google translate gets the problem solved.
