I sized my own watch after watching this video, some really good tips especially using a cloth between the gaps in the watch bracelet holder. A little thing I come up myself if any of the screws are a little tight was to use a soldering iron, held it on the screw head for 10 seconds or so, that really helped to warm up and break the thread locker.
