Honestly, one of my favorites! Only issue I can foresee is its loudness per set, I had a 16613 and couldn't stand the amount of attention it received.

I sold a 16613 for the same reason, could never feel comfortable with it on my wrist!

The two-liner 14060M is on my shortlist for the best watch of all-time.

I would say yes it gets better but I would also say nobody needs anything more than a 14060. A perfect watch for life.

One of the best looking versions of one of the best looking watches but the bracelet is absolute garbage (same as the late 5513) so the preference would be the bracelet from a 16610T or 16600.

Yes it did get better!

ROLEX pulled up there socks and made a watch that equates to it's cost.

14060M was an "old Fashion" rattlling Rolex.

Now there quality has improved by at least 80% incl. the price.

To me two different worlds.

You can't compare a 2000 Porsche Boxster to the current one!!

I had a 14060 and liked it a lot. A true classic.

However, the cyclops is the "contemporary Rolex classic look" and the date version sits better on larger wrist.

For me that makes the difference. 14060 dial is 1mm smaller and it makes it appear smaller.

Can I ask what your wrist size is?

What he said… I was looking at 14060 and the 14060M and truly love them, especially the two line but I’m on the side that this is an even better choice (for me). Glidelock, Ceramic, improved movement and a very nice profile too.
