Noise in DJ 16233

My DJ 16233 makes a slight noise like a bumper movement or a rubber ball shaken in a glass when lightly shaken from front to back and held to the ear. Is this normal?

Most probably rotor axle has been worn and rotor is moving laterally touching bridges.
