16520 - inverted six premium

How much more valuable is an inverted six compared to a later example, all other things being equal?

Just look at the prices online and it'll give you a rough idea.

For me, those tiny details on the dial are not nearly as important as overall condition and originality. I wouldn't pay a big premium for an inverted 6, but maybe that's just me. And "all other things being equal" is virtually impossible in the vintage Rolex world. There will always be some other differences between two examples.
