Tudor 7016/0 plexiglas

I searched many posts, but couldn't find the answer.
When was the plexiglass of the Snowflake replaced from the dome to the flat one? I've seen a lot of early 7016 Snowflakes still with the Tropic 19. Did they come out of the factory like that? Also, what is the reference of the flat plexi (without cyclope lent)?

Thanks
