is this legit???

took to authorized dealer. they said they can’t say for sure if it’s real or fake. they see a lot of fake ones like this but this was different so they didn’t know. seems real to me but i don’t know anything. they opened it and everything. anyone have any thoughts?

I have only seen Marconi on watches from 1910's/20's.
This is from. 1950/60.
So I'm going to say no.

It's a definite redial.
What's underneath, I don't know.

The watch is probably a later Marconi, long after the Rolex affiliation and someone in the 80s probably repainted the dial just like they did with the Tudors, adding the Rolex text to the dial in order to make it more valuable than it actually is.
