9315 bracelet verification repost!
Hi,
reposting better pictures of my 9315 for verification. Had it for many years but I see it doesn't have the "Patent Pending" error on it so wondering if it's missing some parts or some other reasons for that. It has been restored/tightened by MY in Hong Kong years ago as the links were stretched, was happy with the results. Thanks

Looks good. MY would have brought a fake to your attention. What you’re looking for is on the dive extension folding link that is in the clasp. Pull it out.

Undoubtedly a language issue. Before this they had used the French BREVET. With no spell check, I’m sure it was much easy for non-native English speakers to miss this small typo - even through to production.
Before PATETED, they used PAT PEND, so it was probably done on the fly when the patent finally came through. Add a few letters and…oops. |
