Icon7 Rolex 16263 turn o Graph rare dial

Hello everyone!
I am new to the forum, for a few months I have been looking for information on the dial of a turn or Graph 16263 but I have not been able to find anything. It is quite similar to an onxy dial with indices but I have never seen it on this model. The watch was purchased in 1992 and the dial was never changed.
Has anyone come across one like it?

Thank you very much for your help!:)

So the dial is black onyx and it has indices? Or the indices are black onyx and the dial is ... what? Huh?

This is similar, but has Roman numeral indices.

It's weird being the same age as old people.

Expanding on the Turn O Graph dial topic, what were the many different dials offered?
I have seen "ghost dials", i.e., gray dial versions occasionally offered for sale. A leading expert on all Rolex watches has opined that gray dials were never offered on this model.
It would be great to know if this is, in fact, correct.
