I have my Sub date which I love very much and where it a lot more than my datejust. The thing about that is that I tend to where it to do a lot of things. Which damages also comes with the territory. I have a couple of dings, dents, and chips on the casing of the watch. It's at the point you can rub your finger around it and get a prickling sensation from the chips. I was wondering is there any way Rolex would be able to restore the casing that has dings and dents? Has anyone had a watch that bad in condition and was fixed by Rolex??

I have heard that Rolex can smooth those out. However, I have yet to take advantage of this particular service and don't know for sure...I am sure someone else knows that has had this done...

It can be fixed. Dalton, a forum member does a greaqt job. The absolute worst case is that Rolex would replace the case.
