Why are some of my posts instantaneous and others require review to post. This is whether I wish to post a new thread, or just a reply? Have I violated some rules, or missed a FAQ. Candidly speaking, it is not very friendly for new users to try and contribute, and then have to wait hours for approval. By that time, I lose interest in the thread! Cheers!

I know this is an old thread but I had the same question, and thanks for the answer. Possibly I missed it, but you might want to make this information more prominent. As a newcomer, one might feel a little awkward posting the first few times. When some posts go through immediately and others head to moderation with no reason given, one is tempted to think, "Have I done something wrong?"

Agreed, I looked all over for the answer to this question and only found it via google. Now let's see if a moderator needs to approve this post as well ...

Seems upon review, your FS attempts are all non-conforming, and therefore not approved for posting.
If you take a read of the requirements to post in the FS sections of this board, photos of the actual watch are mandatory. It appears none of your attempts have any pictures included.

If and when you post a FS thread in the future, please be sure that it is within the rules of the forum.
Given that, approval by moderation is almost always within 24 hours or less.
