Where are the good fakes coming from?
I own a couple Rolex watches. I've had them for almost 2 decades. I would like to get a new one and have been trying to find a good price on a used one. The problem I have is that there are some excellent fakes out there today. I am willing to bet I could be fooled even if I was holding a new fake in my hand.
I wanted to know where people were buying the really good fakes so I could do some homework and get an idea of what was out there. |

I think you need to read the rules before posting... http://rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=8936
5. THIS IS NOT A FORUM FOR THE DISCUSSION OF FAKE WATCHES, BRACELETS ETC, and your opinion are about FAKE WATCHES and who makes them, sells them, buys them and wears them is NOT welcome.

Is is a place to discuss what the reality is of the fake Rolex market. I'm trying to find out more about these fakes so I can not be fooled when going to purchase a used Rolex. You should be able to appreciate the due diligence. This forum is full of discussion of how close the fakes are getting to the real Rolex.
It is scary and buyers need to be more informed. I arm myself with knowledge. Ignorance is not bliss. |

The problem with the title of this thread is there is no such thing as a 'good fake'. All fakes by nature are NOT 'good'.
Anyway, it is not appropriate to ask where to find fakes. Sure if a fake is identified it can be discussed (on this forum) to safeguard buyers, but otherwise telling people where to go, or putting in any kind of link to a fake watch website is seriously uncool and will result in some undesirable consequences.
