I have a datejust 16233 w/holes, it originaly came with a leather strap. Now I got a used jubilee bracelet, 455 end links, everything is original but one of the end links has some play and I would like to eliminate it. Do I need to get a new End link? Only one shows this problem, Switching it from position didnt help I am really new to the Watch works so please take it easy on me Thanks Andres |

To get a better fit bend the batwings on the backside slightly inwards.
We show you in the Reference Library.

Apologies for bumping an old thread.....does anyone have the link for this? I searched through the reference library but had trouble finding it. Having the same exact issue....16233 with rattling on the end links. It looks like there's plenty of space (give) between the batwing and the case-back, so I assume if I turn them inwards and more flush with each other that the noise will decrease.

Here is a pic of the "batwings" that are slightly bent for fitment.
