Icon10 Thoughts on Meteorite Dial??

I just saw a Meteorite dial on a DATEJUST 31 mm
(#178274) w/ diamond marker and boy, it's so gorgeous. Is Meteorite dial limited edition & do you think it's going to last? Do you think it's a popular dial? In 20 years, do you think it will still be nice? I have seen pictures of the Meteorite dial in Daytona, but what do you think of this dial on the datejust???? Is it not feminine enough on the datejust with the diamond marker? I am looking for a my first rolex and do you think the Meteorite dial in datejust is the way to go? Or should I just get a silver dial or even jubilee dial? Do you think the Meteorite dial is too dark?

The Meteorite dial is spectacular. If it is smiling at you, I would tell you to buy it.

Love the meteorite dial! How could you possibly *ever* go wrong with it? Each one is 100% natural and unique.

The supply is limitted on the meteorite also

These pictures don't do the dial justice. Wear your watch outside, especially on bright sunny day.

The GMT kid: I am just worry that the meteorite dial will not be as classic as the silver one, but I love how different the dial is. I have money for only 1 rolex so I just want to make sure I get it right the first time...lol. :)

Yume-sama: Your watches are so gorgeous!!!! I love the ice blue Jubilee dial too. The meteorite dial that I saw today is not as nice as yours. It's plainer...and not as many streaks as yours. I wonder if it's because you take macro picture of the dial. I am not sure..but I love your watches!!

Can't say about resale value, but for myself I love the meteorite dial. I wish it was available on the 36mm SS DJ.
