Rolex Air King 5500 Saudi Logo?

Has anyone come across this kind of rolex logo dial from Saudi?
It is supposedly Saudi Arabian Royal Navy.

Seems to have papers and and boxes.
COA says country code 532, which is Saudi Arabia
Model and Serial number hand written
Date of Purchase and Seller is stamped

Any thoughts on if the crest/dial and watch could be genuine or not?

Can you show photos of the papers, including the document you are calling a COA.

Just as an FYI, that is a warranty paper or guarantee paper that came with a watch when it was sold. It is not a COA in any sense. Just an FYI. The papers are desirable to have, and do provide some support for the watch.

What is your question exactly? What do you mean by genuine? The dial appears to be a legit AK dial, and it clearly has a Saudi crest on it. We can't say much about the rest of the watch without any photos.

Yes, that was a mistake on my end. It is a warranty certificate.
Do you have any thoughts on the dial itself and its legitimacy by any chance?

While the picture isn’t great, it is clear enough to know that appliqué isn’t genuine by Rolex.

The papers appear to have problems too

My question is the legitimacy of the dial and the crest.
To an untrained eye, it looks like the logo its a bit off and part of it has been erased near the 6 o'clock mark.
Is that also normal?

I can’t believe Rolex would produce and distribute a watch with the crest so horribly off-center. Plus it looks like it was drawn with crayons.

The Rolex logo and Air-King printing look authentic, they don't look off center to me. It appears to be a factory-made dial. Also, I think you identified the crest correctly. I'm not sure what would make it a "legitimate" crest, but judging by the poor quality, it was probably not added by Rolex. So it appears to be an Authentic Rolex Air-King dial with a crest added after the fact by a third party. I'm sensing this is all obvious so I'm afraid I still may not have answered your question.

Perhaps to know whether the crest is "legitimate," you would need to determine specifically who added it, which might be hard to do. Certainly, the quality of the crest is not very high and I don't think the watch would give me any joy. But to be fair, I don't think I would get much joy from a factory dial with a Saudi crest either. Every time I looked at the dial, Jamal Khashoggi's beheaded corpse would come to mind.

I'd deep dive on watches showing that very logo, but looks off to me.

Here is a list of many of the UAE etc applied ones:
