We all have a different style I suppose. Totally see where you’re coming from. I was offered the 2 tone Wimbledon when I was looking for a DJ. I really loved the look and dark semitransparent green texture of the color on slate, almost a dark emerald like,.. but just wasn’t for me personally. Beautiful watch no doubt, I can appreciate the complexity of it all, just stylistically not something for me. I really like the simplicity of the stick dial, I feel a lot of beauty in the DJ is in the uncomplicated indices and hands. We all have our own style.

Still a beautiful watch. Can’t really go wrong with any DJ.

Out of the options available I'd pick the white motif with rose TT, closely followed by the black.

Champagne is OK but always looks a bit '80's to me, and the far FAR distant last place (and I apologise to any owners here) would be the Wimbledon dial. I really can't stand that one.

Black for me. But I would pair it with a Jubilee bracelet.

We don’t disagree, which is why I have my all SS mint green stick dial, fluted, on Jubilee. as well. For me, and for many others, I’m sure, the Datejust is quintessential Rolex.
