Yes, I would visit in person. Be polite, strike up a nice conversation and tell them your birthday is right around the corner. You never know what they might have in the safe. That being said, getting a Sub in just three weeks time would be extremely unusual. This type of watch usually takes much longer of a wait time. That being said, it doesn't hurt to ask.
