Rolliwork 93150 I think it’s wrong
I went to put the band on. Everything was good until I went to adjust it. I think the dive extension is on backwards. Can someone please confirm. The pin they have in there is really hard to remove. I don’t want to mess this up.

I got it working. Thanks to YouTube lol. Glad to be done with this project. I have the Tudor fully completed and my old date Rolex too. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without this forum.

That's good news. Just curious, was the dive extension installed backwards?

Not backward but I needed on last notch. The notch they put it on made the dive extension link pin fall on one of the notches making it really hard to pull out. They did a good job making it feel and look new but for $1750 I wish they included one extra link.

Unless you asked, they wouldn't know that you needed an extra link.

That also included the end links 580. I tried two different Rolex dealers and they both were very hesitant to order me a bracelet. I saw some used ones for $1400 but I needed to add the 580 end links. I had Rolliworks fix a jubilee bracelet for me 3 years ago and came out really well so I decided to call to see if they had 93150 and they had one with the correct end links and spring bars. I was able to finish my grandfather restoration. It’s amazing feeling to wear it now after all these years and get it back in similar to how he wore it daily. |

Usually the Oyster link restorations are by far more expensive than the jubilee ones. The work is different and regarding the laser welding more expensive. The Diver extension also looks ok, but your images are not showing the relevant parts and in poor quality. Regarding the link, it shouldnt be a easy thing to find one listed in ebay "new/mint" for less than 100 bucks or simply call Rolliworks if they could assist and send you one out. As mentioned previously, no one is knowing your wrist size there and if they have sent a image of the bracelet you could compare by yourself with another watch if its fitting. -I dont see a mistake from rolliworks here. If there would be one to remove, i think you also wouldnt mention that?! |

Never paid more than £1050 for a 93150 and £1250 for a 9315...... $1750 seems pretty punchy to me, have to say I pay about that for a nifty 7206 !
