Rolex Care: cellini vs. cape cod polishing cloth

Just wondering the consensus as to which is better. I have been using the cellini cloth that came with my tt sub mainly to remove oils and sweat after wearing. From what I've read the cape cod polishing cloth should be used sparingly as to not change the profile of the metal. Is this also the case of the standard cellini cloth?

Only thing to use with any oyster Rolex is just plain soap and water a occasional rub on the gold parts with cape cod will do no harm whatsoever. And any cotton lint free cloth
will do to wipe dry no need for any special cloth. And to rub any metal away gold or S.Steel with a cloth would take quite a long time of continual rubbing.Just think of the average gold wedding ring on a finger, they last for decades. And a ring would have far less gold and get more abuse than any Rolex watch will have I am 100% sure.
