Wait time for 126505 Daytona

What do you think would be the wait time for a Rose gold Daytona 126505 from an AD with no purchase history ?
I know it depends on the location and other factors...
But after expressing interest how long do you think it will take to get the call ?

Impossible to answer for a multitude of variables. Some of which you list.

Had one in my hand yesterday. RG with sundust dial. Stunning. Didn’t ask about the availability, because I didn’t want to know. It came from the vault.

There is no mark up on the secondary market for this reference, I don't see why someone should know the owner.

Best thing is to tell an AD this and look him in the eye for the truth, most just say 6 months or by the end of the year to any non-super hot Rolex but if you say you can buy it next day for retail at a grey then they tend to want your business and you should get an honest answer.

Can't comment since I have spend history. But I know I if one has a decent spend history 2-3 months is doable I passed on one late last year waiting for an OF model and I was allocated an OF within 3 months

3 months should be the norm. Let’s see.
Thank you

You can get it below retail. Why even bother trying to get from AD and overpay?

Find some reputable dealer and pull the trigger.

The Ad is very close from my work office and there is no reputable dealer near my area. I don’t want to buy online

If the 126505 has no markup on grey, then why are people selling it for ~$47k across boards and other groups?

Are they mainly trying to recover the tax element? Or are they just listing at 47k and it's not moving?
