Depends, there is no amount, and I really mean no amount of money I could have and not have my grandmother from the old country not threaten to roll over in her grave should I not consider getting the best deal on everything, avoiding flaunting wealth, worrying about savings, etc. Oil wealth people, tech brahs, oligarchs, and their children are different and may lack grandma haunting, I imagine.
