Register second hand Patek
I have registered my second hand Patek in their website in January and got no response despite multiple email follow ups. Is Patek customer service this terrible?

What follow up are you expecting? When I registered my first Patek (purchased from an AD), I don't recall getting any response from them...but started getting their magazine on a go-forward basis.

From Patek: “ Our team will now verify the details you have supplied. As this may mean searching through our watch archive – almost 175 years of watch-making history – you will understand it might take a while but will usually happen within 6 weeks.” for me that kind of implies a confirmation the watch registration was successful

I'm also interested as it has been 6 months since I registered a secondary Patek and haven't received a magazine or anything beyond that initial email.

Interested as well as I recently registered a watch. All I heard back was an email confirming I had filled the form on their website and access to the "Patek owners" page on the website

Customer service for registration of watches is a little on the slow side, I generally find it takes 6 months+ to get a letter after buying a new piece from AD for a welcome letter.

Got it. I dont mind waiting. What i find absurd is that they basically ignored my emails asking for an update. For a brand this prestigious it is pretty lame customer service. How hard it is to reply an email saying this will take a bit longer?

I registered a second hand watch and never got the magazine. I did get one after I bought a new one from the AD.

Registered my vintage and never received the magazine. Ordered an Extraction From the Archives, which I did receive, and still never got the magazine.
