Wow this beauty went for cheap

Sothebys just had one of Their fine watch Auctions, I was watching this. It went for around US$107,000. Wow, that is an absolute deal. It looks like this is with the buyers premium included.

https://www.sothebys.com/en/buy/auct...llow?locale=en

I hope this is not including the buyers lol premium but if it is someone got an absolute deal on this as these run from $180k+

Congrats to the buyer this was in beautiful condition

Agreed. They have nice old school dress watches they can revive for sure.

The starwheel went for also a “cheap” price, around retail + tax ($66k on moda). Hopefully this reduces demand for this watch for those wanting to flip so I can get one from the boutique :)

I was really close to bidding on this one but decided to put the funds to my 15550 or or 26715 instead. Its such a cool watch though.

Yeah I was watching that but didn’t see what it sold for. Wow that’s a deal.

Yeah I was gonna bid on this one also it’s a great size and I don’t have a tantalum watch. Great color combo.

Hammer price does not include buyers premium so add 20% on top of that. Still decent I suppose.

I think sothebys shows hammer included.

Personally I’m excited for prices to come down so true enthusiasts like the ones on this forum can have more fun again. :-)
