Beautiful watch.

I wouldn't worry about the pushers. I have a bigger issue with them being screwed down.

Yes but its to prevent the pushers being pushed when underwater.

Have a look at this image. The o rings are on the pusher stem only. There are no o rings/gaskets on the screw ring. There is no seating of a pusher o ring as a result of the screw ring position. The only thing the screw ring does is to prevent the pusher moving.

If you screwed down the screw ring tight enough to compress the upper o ring you would likely snap the stem (as is seen sometimes)

From memory Rolex even states the screw rings should not be over tightened.
