I have them both. I love the Rolex, but there really is no comparison here. Definately the 312 by a mile. Trust me on this!

Not a fan of blue dial at all. I have a 312 and I have trying to grow on me. I still like wearing my GMT IIc for Rolex and Pam88 for Panerai.
