Incoming (DJ41 Blue Motif)
Went to my AD who I had bought tudors and a couple of other watches from (max 4K total) and told him I wanted a blue fluted date just 41 on the jubilee.
He said he would see what he could do. A week later I get a call saying he has a blue 41 fluted motif dial on an oyster if I wanted that. Couldn’t resist that motif dial. I had my name down for it at another AD before it was discontinued but thought there was no chance getting it now! They must have a few final bits of stock coming through the system. Congrats! I think this works best with the oyster bracelet. To me the motif dial combined with the jubilee bracelet is a little too much going on. But yours looks terrific.

Fluted bezel and fluted dial is a great combination. Other manufacturers have so many excellent dial executions and it's a shame that Rolex really only has this one interesting dial. Congrats on the purchase.
