Im not so sure, that dial looks a bit wonkie.
If it is real, these ladies cocktail watches usually only sell for what the precious metal value is.

The Rolex logo looks like it’s misaligned which to me isn’t right. A better taken photo might help and by that I mean square on and not on an angle

I'm definitely not an expert on ladies cocktail watches, but my gut feeling is that the watch is probably legit. The dial looks a bit dirty/damaged around the edges and possibly repainted. As noted above, the value is probably not much more than the melt value of the gold. Of course, gold prices are historically high and the bracelet may have some weight to it. Unfortunately, it's only 14k, but you can probably get $35/gm at the moment.
I'm having a little trouble interpreting the serial number, but assuming it starts with a "6" and that the papers actually match the watch, it's from roughly 1980, which is consistent with the 1981 purchase date on the papers. Of course, those papers could be for another watch, so who knows.

Thank you to everyone that has helped so far and if anyone else has any info, it is greatly appreciated. I took it by a rolex store but of course they won't tell you much and want you to send it in. I was just trying to get more info before I send it in. Thanks!

The paper is for a different watch, your watch is not a chronometer or in an oyster case.

I'm pretty sure that is a model 8113, sold from the 1960s up to the mid-1970s. There were two versions, a 14ct white gold and a 14ct yellow gold, all with a textured dial (either silver or champagne colored), square ended hands and an integral mesh bracelet.
You might find a model number on the inside of the case back, but a lot of these types of watches were sold with no serial number or model number anywhere on the case, case back, bracelet, clasp, etc. and so identification can be difficult. As others have said, these types of watches are currently out of fashion and so there is little interest or value in any of the Rolex ladies cocktail watches. Here's a yellow gold one that sold for $775 in 2019: https://www.ebth.com/items/10677096-...ind-wristwatch |

Serial number lookup is only for Oyster cased watches and does not work with other Rolex watches. There is no database outside of Rolex that im aware of for these watches. That guarantee paper does not belong with the watch and adds zero value.

Gold weight = value. My jeweler typically tries to sell these for $1200. Probably half that value in gold.
