Williams Jewelers of Englewood. This is the third Rolex I’ve had serviced with this AD/ASC. Excellent outcome every time. Bonus points as this is a locally owned family business!

This one took a little longer, 6 weeks. They estimated up to 8 weeks. The other watches were closer to 3-4 weeks.

You can see into their shop when you are in the store. I’m told it was quite the investment.

Rolex Back From AD Servicing

Well worth it. Aside from having a watch that runs like new again, I’m enjoying the little things, like how smooth the bezel turns and the fact they fixed my bent clasp.

The Naugahyde pouch is a swell bonus and I’m told no Naugas were harmed in its creation. Science!

This one has a low V serial, so I’m guessing this one is 2008. It also has the green glowing Super-LuminoNova.

If it needs a pouch the service is a nice bonus.

The AD gave the option to send to RSC or service in-house at their Rolex Certified Service Center. Same price list.

The last time I had a Rolex serviced with this AD, they referred to their service center as a branch of the Dallas RSC. This time they made no such connection. Nevertheless, my previous service experience with this AD was better than my experience with the Dallas RSC (similar but the AD seemed to understand what I meant by ‘light’ polish.)

I picked up my watch today, in this fancy little pouch. The Rolex warranty card, which looks blank, is NFC enabled, so, when placing it near my phone, brought me to the Rolex website with all the details of my recent service, including the serial number of my watch.

I did opt for the light polish. Life is short. Completely overhauled and a new crystal, it’s looking pretty pristine in my humble opinion. More importantly, it’s working great!

Congratulations looks great. I had the exact same for almost 15 years on my wrist, never serviced but recently parted ways with it towards my Pepsi. But do miss it occasionally. Wear it in good health.

Nice! You did a way better job setting up the shot.
