Rolex Explorer 39mm Crown Wobble.
Today I was setting the time on my Rolex Explorer 39mm and realized the crown 'wobbles' quite a bit with my fingers. You can rock it back and forth. The stem also moves with this motion a small amount as well. Is this normal? I also checked my 16710 and the crown does have a small amount of wobble but not nearly as much.
Thanks in advance.

I just took my Explorer II off and checked this. There is quite a bit of vertical play when the crown is all the way out. I've never noticed it before. It must be normal because it came back from a RSC service two weeks ago.

Normal for Rolex. My omegas don’t do it.

Yup! It’s normal. Just something inherent in the design of the stem and crown assembly.
