Im interested to see what happens. I remember some guy bought Elvis' BMW 507 for a whole lot of money....

Just to have the real car uncovered in a back country barn in Alabama...pretty sweet.

i don't buy it - just someone trying to take advantage of the MJ hype that's in the air right now - at least that's my gut feeling.

GEORGE: I don't think so, Vic. I've done my homework. '89 Volvo, that's the car for me, it's the one I want.

SALESMAN: I got a LeBaron convertible right here.

GEORGE (chuckles): N.I. Not interested.

SALESMAN: It's got a few more miles on it, but the previous owner was John Voight.

Yes, and there was a pencil in the glove compatment with TEETH marks in it... so they tright to get JV to BITE something and match them. I think he eventually bit George!!!

Maybe the watch has some left over body fluids with "DNA"??? Like the dress Monica wore?

Mods, I think this thread can only get lower from here....

It will be more believable if the seller claims it to be Roger Federer's preowned Rolex.

How can the world not know if MJ owned Rolex watches.

Very true. There would be at least 1 picture of MJ out there wearing an LV Sub. Fairly creative scam, but it seems as if the Fleabay community isn't buying it either. No bids thus far.

The seller missed a trick - IF it were MJ's watch would the starting bid be a paltry $1,000? I think not. If you're going to "bluff", be consistent. Like other's have said, with the seller's previous purchases in mind, I would not touch this watch or anything he had to sell.
