Not too much I’m afraid.

The previous owner bought about 20 years ago in an antique shop in northern Italy when he was on holiday there with his 1970s Porsche 911.

The previous owner was not a watch collector, he bought it just for the fact that it went well with his car.

Cheers,
Marc

Another few to add…Dubble Bubble, King Ranch, and Brown & Root

I know this is an old thread but I really enjoyed reading it and it shed some light on a few logo dials I have long wondered about so I wanted to add three more that I have in my small collection of Rolex Logo dial watches.
In my collection I have a few Cottonbowl Rolex and Tudors, a Gulf Offshore “Go” dial, an Aladdin lamp logo dial from Aladdin Industries, a very old company that made lunchboxes, lamps and much more and three others that I didn’t see on the list yet. They are:
“Brown & Root” which is a huge Industrial Service company out of Louisiana, USA.
“The King Ranch” which is a Texas ranch that is the largest ranch in the USA with 825,000 acres (1289 square miles/3340 square kilometers) which is larger than the state of Rhode Island or the country of Luxembourg.
And my pride and joy…”Dubble Bubble” which was the first brand of commercially marketed bubble gum back in 1928.
I have seen one other “King Ranch” Rolex that was identical to mine, but with a different color logo than mine has. The other two I have never seen other examples besides mine. I am fairly certain they are both genuine and I would be surprised if at least a few more weren’t made in a batch. I would love to know if anyone else has seen another “Dubble Bubble” especially?
Below are some shots of my three new additions to this great post:

Very nice, especially that Dubble Bubble. I'd take that over a Tiffany any day

All true, red-blooded Americans love to hate the Yankees, but …

The logo and the red text all look superb there (and it’s Yogi Berra’s for the ‘56 Series, fer crying’ out loud! The man who gave us “It ain’t over ‘til it’s over” and “It’s like déjà vu all over again”!)

Great stuff, thanks!

Thank you! Yeah I have several Tiffany dials but not enough interest to put them in watches. The Dubble Bubble is one I’ve never seen another of and is super humorous to me. Glad you like it. I just wish it was in a Non-quick model.

Finally someone told me what this logo was. This is for Saudi Industrial Resins Limited:

I have a twin brother to this watch. Presented to my father in 1973 after 47 years with the Davy Tree Expert Co. Complete with docs/boxes and case back engraving errors. They got his name and dates slightly wrong. I had it serviced at Rolex just last year. Now it sports a Rolex Lizard band. A truly beautiful vintage/rare presentation Rolex.

That's awesome! And it's great to hear your father's watch is in good working order.

Here's a couple more rare Saudi logo/signature dials from AirChunyu on instagram:

My friend just picked this up. The watch is a gold capped 1024 or 1025.
I have never seen one before.
Open for critique.

Did some more research and figured out it was for the Hallmark card company.

Here's a logo I hadn't seen before. I think it's probably a different version of the Abu Dhabi Defense Force crest:

No, but Tudor does! Rolex stopped somewhere around 2009.
