Somehow charge you more for giving you less?

More laziness from a publicly traded company looking to milk their customers from everything they can get away with.

Yes charging more for less seems to be the overriding response to this. Can’t see it selling like hot cakes when the objectively “better “ version is less.

A bit underwhelming, but I think it's just me with a little SMP fatigue.

I thought the silver monochrome version would've been a neat stealth watch in WG

The new gold versions are nice, but geez, that's more than I paid for my Rolex YM 42mm yellow gold, and it came with the OysterFlex (titanium frame inside) and a solid gold clasp with Glidelock. I love Omega but they are starting to position their prices a bit optimistic.

Nope. Have you actually looked at images of both?

imho unattractive price point with the changes in bezel and dial materials, the black with mesh certainly a good option to complement the recent JB versions, but read the mesh buckle is quite chunky..

As I already said, the black is a winner here, great move from Omega in my view

Hands on

Just buy secondary BNIB for 30-40% off…

The black is gorgeous.

I still think the Bond 60th has this beat for my favorite no-date Seamaster. And it feels more special with the animated caseback and "60" on the bezel. Prefer the blue over black as well.

Yes, the Bond is more interesting and it should be being a special edition.

This is a classic black on black sort of saying, perfect legibility and contrast, I really like it and already texted the AD to get my hands on it once available

jcdevoe26, thank you for your insights. You have been spot on. Is there any chance you could get your rep to become a bit more specific on the release time frame of those smaller, thinner seamasters? Obviously without making him or her feel uncomfortable. I read somewhere today, must have been a youtube comment, those models should come late 2025. I am hoping for Q1 latest.

Thank you a lot!

This one could have cost me money if it was thinner than the old one. Oh well - Not to be.

That looks like a disjointed mess to me.

Could they find a few more colors and materials to throw together maybe

Hey sorry I just saw this. Unfortunately my rep only gets "ballpark timeframes" and he has also said that the higher uppers are very selective about what information they "drip down"...they want some info leaked early sometimes and other times they want surprise drops with not even the boutiques knowing. I think Omega is really been working hard on marketing strategies throughout this year. I will be seeing him next week in Istanbul and I will spend some time talking about upcoming releases to see what he knows....but wow did I like that titanium-bronze gold drop!

Looks great - would opt for rubber too as the mesh just doesn’t work for me. I can’t believe they are cranking them out when they fit so poorly (At least on me) the bulk around clasp and gaps that form on side of wrist are just bad.
10k watch, wow

For me looks really nice but I would like to see that with SS not titanium. I don’t like when the watch feel light.

Agree. I can handle it on rubber but the mesh just looks completely off to me.

Suprisngly there isn't a huge upcharge for the bronze gold. Only $700 more than the normal NTTD version on bracelet.

yes, the mesh bracelet just never fit me...although I heard that you can get the bracelet in a smaller size and it does fit better....but I honestly love the SMP on the rubber strap, and I prefer the pin buckle rubber strap to the deployment clasp option. the pin buckle loop minders have this a little rubber nub on the underside that fits into the holes on the strap the loop minder doesnt move around.

I get where you're coming from. There is a lot going on there between the bracelet and colors.

I could do without the red text and second hand and maybe a flat link bracelet

I think the bracelet is what's throwing me the most. Looking at the pictures of it on the green rubber strap changes my opinion quite a bit.

Agree with you on the red details. I didn't even notice that the first time around. Yeah that's not needed on a green watch.
