Favorite Calatrava Ref?
Hi everyone! I want to get a calatrava, but there are so many variations; just curious which ones people like!
I'm partial to a 2457 because I like center seconds and smaller cases-- and price tags! Would love to see some pics of what you have! Thanks |

The busy 5212 has little in common with a Calatrava and is marketed by Patek under Complications instead of Calatrava for a reason. Personally I am also not thinking of the sporty and almost tool watch-ish 5226 as a Calatrava but I am aware Patek thinks of it as such. |

I have a 5119 and it works well as a dress-only model. Less is more - manual wind for a model that's worn for a day then put away is simpler than a 5120 micro-rotor.
 Slender leaf hands are more elegant than the sticks on other PP's. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
